All that glitters: Met Gala 2011

Here we are also this year: The Met Gala aka The Costume Institute Gala aka Oscars of the East Coast put on by Vogue is always a fashion frenzy.
This year it celebrates the life and work of the late Alexander McQueen ( sounds like a big week for Sarah Burton) so it definitely  included a lot of (always good) "risk-taking...enjoy.
